Return Policy for Pete and Moss

At Pete and Moss, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your needs or expectations. Below is our return policy, designed to make the process straightforward and customer-friendly.

14-Day Free Returns

You may return most items purchased from Pete and Moss within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. You must submit a return request within the 14-day timeframe.

Processing Refunds: Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email notification and inform you of the appropriate action that will be taken. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, or a replacement item will be shipped to you. In the event of a refund, the purchase price of the item from the original invoice will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of the issue date of the refund approval email sent to you.

Return Shipping Costs: While we offer free returns, in the event of a return, we may require customers to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse.

In most cases, all we ask for is quality photos of the item and its deficiencies.

Contributor Return Option: Available from 15 to 60 days after purchase

We value your feedback and insights on our products. The Contributor Return option allows you to return a product beyond the standard 14-day period. We offer this because we're committed to the quality of our products and value authentic reviews from our customers.

Purpose: We are always striving to ensure the quality of the products we are shipping and we would like quality reviews from our customers who purchased the actual items from us.

Eligibility: This option is available for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, you must provide detailed photos and a comprehensive review of the product, highlighting both positives and negatives based on your experience.

All We Ask: We request a detailed explanation of any issues in the ordering process or how the item failed to meet your expectations. As long as your return is approved and you have submitted a well-documented review with quality photos of the product in use, we will replace or refund the item in question at no charge to you.
